Running for IGDA Board

The IGDA elections are underway, with four board seats open. I've thrown my hat into the ring.

If my personal statement sounds like something that resonates with you, I'd appreciate your vote. And if you're not a member of the IGDA... well, this is as good an excuse as any to join.

Thanks for your support.

Hey Ian! Just wanted to say hi. I participated in the Paris chapter of the GGJ. Thanks for organizing it, it was awesome at Paris! I did the music and some design for WALTZ APPLE: check it out at the site: http://globalgamejam.com/games/waltz-apple. it's playable on linux only though... :S
I think 48 hours is a better time-frame for a game jam than 24 hours. The participants got to bond, since we weren't all super-crushed by the time constraint (as in the 24-hour one...). Great job on the GGJ, I'm really looking forward to next year's! And good luck in the elections!
